Pitch Black Biker
Here way up north when the lovely eternal dark winter arrive we always start preparing for next summer. Picture above was shot while walking home from the office yesterday at 5 PM. Saw a guy riding past us with a fixed bike in the middle of a light snow fall. Got to take a picture of the moment. Came out good or what? Anyway, we met David Pitschi from Billabong in Hossegor, France a while ago. David reminded us of the power of yes. We were in the middle of a dark forest planted by Napoleon, wanting to shoot. One phone call to a complete stranger – and an hour later we had a brilliant photo of this brave man. Anything is possible when people say yes. Say yes.
